About The Author
Neha Oberoi is a New York City-based photographer and writer who never set out to tell stories, but to find truth. Her work moves between shadow and light, vulnerability and strength, searching and becoming—whether through images or words.
While her photography is known for its boldness and allure, her writing is rooted in the unseen. Through deeply personal reflections on belonging, vulnerability, and emotional transformation, she explores the inner architecture of human connection.
Her creative path moves between worlds—merging intuition with structure, artistry with analytical clarity. Whether behind the lens or on the page, her intention remains the same: to witness what is real, and illuminate what often goes unspoken.
Embody is her first book. It is not a guide, but a remembering.
